SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders placed by noon EST are normally processed and shipped by our warehouse within approximately 1-2 business days from the date the order was placed. You should receive an order tracking number via email the day after your order is in transit.

**Please be aware that any orders placed on or immediately following a release date or during a sale, your item(s) will be delayed and may require up to 48 hours of additional processing time.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

The customer is responsible for providing a correct, complete and safe to ship to non PO Box shipping address when you place your order. Fuzzhead Toys is not able to modify, reroute or cancel orders once processed. Please verify you entered the complete shipping address including unit number and reachable phone number when completing checkout. Fuzzhead Toys is not responsible for the package once it has been delivered and provided proof of delivery. Please make sure you plan accordingly.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (UNITED STATES/CANADA)
SHIPPING METHODS WITHIN THE USA AND CANADA


We use local carriers to ship orders. Packages shipped are trackable and insured. Please make sure that you use an address that the carrier can safely leave your package at without risk of theft. If your order is not delivered as promised, we can assist you in contacting the carrier regarding the missing order and in select cases issue a replacement or refund to you. Unfortunately, our carriers do not service P.O. Box or APO addresses.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (NON-USA/CANADA ORDERS) Fuzzhead Toys currently ships to 176 countries outside of the United States and Canada. We use an international ecommerce partner to process and ship all international orders. When you place an order as an International customer, you may be subject to longer processing and shipping times depending on your Country. Placing an order does not guarantee your order can be shipped and we may cancel international orders for any reason (such as undeliverable country).

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES Shipping charges vary depending on the package size, weight, destination and shipping method. Please note, you may be required to pay the relevant taxes to your country when your items are delivered. International shipping rates will be provided in international checkout.

Rates are calculated based on a number of factors, including desired service level, the weight of the item, and the cost of shipping, handling, and customs clearance from the US or Canada to the destination country/region.

Orders do not ship until they have been fully processed which can take 2-7 days. Please take order processing time into consideration before placing your order.

RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for an exchange only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

DEFECTIVE TOY RETURN POLICY

All sales at are final at fuzzheadtoys.com. Our toys come with charms that are collectible, made in limited runs or sold as mystery/surprise items (blind boxes). They are inspected before leaving our factory and again when receiving at our warehouses. However, if your merchandise purchased on fuzzheadtoys.com has a significant defect right out of the box (e.g., the product is broken in half, has missing parts or does not work as intended), please reach out to us immediately with photos, your name, your order number and what is damaged. We will evaluate the photos and make a decision. If the damage qualifies for an exchange, we'll be happy to exchange it for a non-damaged item if one is available. If a replacement is not available, we will offer an alternate item or full store credit for a future purchase. ALL OTHER TOY & PRODUCT SALES AT FUZZHEADTOYS.COM ARE FINAL.

Please note that Fuzzhead Toys WILL NOT be able to replace a specific mystery/surprise/blind box figure with the same figure as blind boxes are even blind to us. If the defective figure you received from fuzzheadtoys.com was blind boxed, we will gladly replace it with another blind box, however, we cannot guarantee that you will be given the same figure you received originally. You agree to this policy by placing an order on fuzzheadtoys.com.

RETURN PROCESS

All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be unopened and unused, in new condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

To return an item, please email customer service at orders@fuzzheadtoys.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securly in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

REFUNDS

Refunds are currently not offered on products with mystery, surprise or blind box items. Defective items will be exchanged

EXCHANGES

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your exchange. We will notify you be email when your return has been processed.

Please note, exchanges will only be issued to defective items. All other returns will not be accepted.
